Sampledock is an invite-only alpha application developed by Joppe Schippers.

By using Sampledock, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Sampledock is currently in an early development stage and is provided for testing and feedback purposes.

Sampledock is experimental software and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.

Features may change, stop working, or be removed without notice.

Because Sampledock manages local sample libraries and cloud backups, unexpected behaviour or data loss may occur. Users should keep their own backups of important files.

You may use Sampledock for personal testing and evaluation.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute Sampledock
• Share your access with other people
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions
• Use Sampledock for unlawful purposes

You retain ownership of your own audio files and library data.

Sampledock does not claim ownership of your samples, projects, or other user content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to the files you use with Sampledock.

Sampledock accounts are personal and may only be used by invited testers.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.

We may remove access if these Terms are violated or if necessary for the development and testing of Sampledock.

Sampledock is provided "as is" during the alpha phase.

We do not guarantee that Sampledock will always be available, error-free, or that all data will be preserved.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Joppe Schippers is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the alpha software.

These Terms may be updated as Sampledock develops.
